Activity(part)
Organization:
Use normal pitch but just the section between the penalty areas split into three zones. Small goals go on the four corners with two normal goals at either end. 5v5 + 2 GK.
Instruction:
Split players into two teams of five, plus two goalkeepers. One team attacks the two big goals, and the other attacks the four mini goals. The team attacking the big goals must attack the goal in the half opposite to the one in which they received (or won) the ball. They are only allowed one player in each of the outer zones at a time.
The team attacking the four mini goals can only go in the outer zones when they are in possession of the ball; at all other times they must stay in the center. Play starts and restarts with one of the keepers passing to a players in the outer zone.
Players should expand and create space when GK has the ball, and position themselves on an angle to receive the ball and push forward to get to the outer zones. Again, keeping their hips open, on an angle, receiving the ball on their front foot and going forward.

Warm up (15 mins)
WARM UP- Jewelry, Injuries, Field Conditions, Equipment and Emergency exits. (15 mins)
Organization:
Instructions:
Players will start jogging, preforming certain dynamic movements such as opening and closing the gate, side cross swings, lunges and quick turns on coaches demand. After 3-4 minutes, coaches will add balls to the warmup, there will be three different color cones set up throughout the perimeter. Players will dribble ball inside perimeter, coaches will say which color cone they must get too as quickly as possible, only three players will be permitted on the coaches color cone of choice at one time, therefore not all players will get to a cone. This will enhance the speed in which the players move to the cone. While dribbling the ball, coaches will also send out commands such as turn, quick feet for 10 seconds, etc. to ensure players are engaged while getting their heart rates up.
This will get players moving, getting many touches on the ball, enhancing scanning and quick movements.
