Variable practice
GK starts in the centre of goal
Marker placed on edge of penalty area, halfway between the six yard line and penalty spot.
Players start 5 yards from marker (in line with first marker and centre of goal).
Coach calls number (1/2) and that player dribbles towards marker on edge of penalty box and then changes direction at marker, before shooting.

Variable practice (2) - 15 to senior
GK starts in the centre of goal
Marker placed on edge of penalty area, halfway between the six yard line and penalty spot.
Receiver stands on marker, with server stood in line of receiver/centre of goal.
Coach calls number (1/2) and that server passes to either side of their receiver, who then turns and hits first time shot at goal.
Progressions
1. Server delivers the ball wider of the receiver, creating a greater/lesser angle of goal
2. Opposite receiver moves towards centre of goal to increase pressure on GK and attack defect/parry/mishandling
3. As 2 with receiver 1 having the option to play across goal providing GK with option of cutting out ball or movement to smoother receivers 2 shot.

Block Session
GK starts in centre of goal
Markers are placed on edge of penalty area, in line with the six yard box and penalty spot. Coach identifies the marker numbers to GK and players.
Players start 5 yards from ball and coach calls a number (1-4) and that player identifies him to GK then approaches and shoots at GK.
GK reacts and makes 5 saves from slightly different angle. Change Gk and repeat so that each GK faces 10 shots.

1. Players shoot along the floor towards far post
2. Players shoot along the floor towards near post
