Lateral Toe Taps 1 Minute
Lateral Bell touches 1 minute
L Turns 1 minute
Fake L Turns 1 minute
Drag Push Inside 1 minute
Stage 2.
Ankles locked, dribble inside cones.
On Command, Strike the balls in front of goal. 1st line, 3rd line, middle line.
Stages 3 and 4
Bell Touches then strike
Drag Outside Push then strike.
Step over turn then strike.
