Receiving the ball with pressure on the side

Organization:
As above, grid approximately 40x40 with a 12x12 box in the center. Five players per team, one from each team in the center box.
Instructions:
Players attempt to score by playing off the center player. Players in center box cannot leave the box and the other players may not enter the box. Players get one point if they are able to connect a pass with the player in the center, and three points if the middle player is able to dummy a pass and complete it through the box. Rotate center players every 90 seconds. Team with the most points after all players have been in the center box wins.
Coaching Points:
* Is the center pass on? If not, play out of pressure
* Is pressure on center player loose or tight, loose, turn and play, tight pressure on side, use dummy
* Using arms to feel where defender is (center box)
* Use quick motion to fake defender to allow dummy to happen
Progressions/Regressions
P) Have points only on dummies
P) Five passes is a point, a dummy is worth three points
R) Must make three passes before playing the center player
R) 6v3, still 1v1 in the middle box

Organization:
As above. End line is 18 yard box, full width. One team in a 3-2-1 formation and the other in a 2-3-1 formation.
Instructions:
If players are able to complete a dummy pass during the build up and keep the ball without a defender touching it, their team gets a point. Regular goals are worth 1 point.
Coaching Points:
* Checking shoulder before pass is sent to see if dummy pass is on
* Using dummy to turn and beat defender dribbling
* Making sure players are recieving diagional balls with their back foot
-If space, big touch into space dribbling
-If no space, can you dummy and/or turn and pass to get out of pressure

Nutmeg Game Warmup (20 mins)
Organization:
Mulitple grids as above, 1v1 in grids. Pugg goals approximately 10 yards apart. One ball per grid.
Instructions:
Players attempt to either score or nutmeg their opponent to win the game. Goal is one point, nutmeg is 2 points, and a nutmeg goal is 3 points. Player with the most points wins.
Coaching Points:
* Quick movements to open opponents up
* Use body to protect ball and to turn
* Is defender off balance with movement? Then nutmeg/goal is on
Progressions:
1) Mini nutmeg tounry. Player with the most points wins. Rotate grids so players can play against different players
