Freeze Tag (15 mins)
Organization:
- 20x20
Instructions:
- 1 or 2 taggers. if tagged, player must freeze. another player running can unfreeze them.
- 1 min rounds, taggers are trying to freeze the whole group.
- Whichever tagger that can get the most players tagged at the end will be the winner.
Coaching Points:
- pick head up and see where the best space is to run away from tagger.
- fake moves to run away from tagger.
Progressions/Regressions:
- P. Everyone with a soccer ball.

1v1, 2v2 (30 mins)
Organization:
- two teams, one on each side of the goal.
- Box 25x20
Instructions:
- Coach plays the ball into the middle of the field to start the game, players will play 1v1.
- Players can score in BOTH goals.
- Team to score 10 goals wins.
- Best out of 3 rounds, second round switch sides.
- Whoever wins by the most points gets to chose where to start the 3rd round.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Turning on the ball.
- Dribbling technique.
- Which goal is the defender giving you?

P- 2v2s.

- Split the team into 4 teams if you have 10-12 players (teams of 3 or 1/2 teams with 2 players). any number less than 10, split team in half
