Sequence starts with B checking off mannequin and receiving a pass from A. B has a good first touch out of feet and dribbles towards player C and plays a ball into the path of C. C bends his run to stay onside then finishes with a shot on goal.
Coaching Points:
Good movement off the first mannequin
Receive the ball with your furthest foot to open out
Straight pass for a bent run to stay onside
Weight of pass must be right
Be ruthless with your finish

Setup field 30x20 with halfway line. Make bigger if need be.
The game starts with a game in one grid of 3v1 (adjust numbers to suit). Players cannot go into the GK zone.
A team can only score by:
Shooting from their own half
A finish by the lone striker from a ball rebounding back from the GK, a defender or the post /bar.
The person who had the shot now becomes the defender.
STEP UP:
Limit the time or number of passes to take a shot
Make the grids smaller
Introduce Neutral player who lays off to support players to shoot with one touch.

SKill Intro - Part 2 (20 mins)
Setup a 20x20m grid (x 2 depending numbers) with players on each corner and 1 player in the middle by the mannequin.
Play starts with B checking off the mannequin and demanding the ball from D. D plays a solid pass into B who creates space and opens up the body to receive the ball on the back foot, takes a touch and passes into E. E has a good first touch out in front and dribbles the ball back to the start. All players follow their pass (D to B, B to E, E to D back of line). As soon as E starts dribbling back to the start A should have played the ball into B from the other side and the sequence continues.
* Can you check off the mannequin to create space
* Can you open up your body to receive the ball and play forward
* Can you use the correct weight of pass
* Can you do it at speed and with intensity
Progressions:
* B now plays a give and go with the dribbling player (C or E) before they set off back to the start.
* Instead of dribbling, pass the ball in.
* A plays into B who bumps it back to A. A plays in behind for B to play the give and go with C. C than passes back to the start.
