SOCCER TENNIS
WARM UP SOCCER TENNIS
Two teams. Use a soccer tennis net or pinnies. If the ball hits the pinnies, it is considered still in play. Play like tennis. The ball can bounce one time on your side (can adapt for younger players)
Service must begin with a volley. The ball must bounce once on the serve. After that, balls can be volleyed, headed (U14 and up). If score, continue serving. If opponents win the point, they serve. Play to 15 or 21 points win by two.
Can play where you can only score a point when you serve or rally scoring where you can score either serving or receiving
