Half pitch match play either across pitch or using the Ds.
Objective/theme: make conncections, support play, transitions.
Rules: 4 seconds on the ball, point for a goal which becomes doubled if a player is within the 5m radius from the goal. Teams are allowed to call a timeout each period of 30 seconds.
Conditions on the game:
* Players choose a number between 1-6 and this will relate to a specific condition that relates to their team or the game. All conditions will be linked to the themes set out.
* Coach may set the conditions relating to teams. For example, winning or losing or a player up or down.
Coaching points:
- How do we support a player with 4 seconds on the ball.
- Does 4 seconds mean that we cannot eliminate?
- Play the way you are facing.
