Possession and Transition
To start, blue presses yellow. Yellow must get 8 passes to get 2 points. If they get 8 passes they continue with their passing.
If the pressing team intercepts the ball, then they can play a shot into a mini goal for 1 point or transition through the two wide central players, who then play the waiting teammates in the other end and try to complete 8 passes for 2 points. If they transition all their team moves into their zone quickly. Three yellow then press and two yellow get into the wide central zones.
8 passes = 2 points
1 goal = 1 point
