6v6, 8v8 with Neutrals if numbers allow
Work on vertical spatial awareness and transition. Two teams, place cone in middle of field that divides the two halves.
Goal only counts if attacking team has all players in their attacking half of the field.
Progression: Same as above except if the defending team doesn't have players in their defending half then the goal counts double.
CPs: Numbers up, Spacing vertically, Utilize the width and depth when attacking. Recovery defensively. Transition: knowing when to play the ball wide or inside to transition.

To work on horizontal spatial awareness, changing the point of attack.
Two teams, 6v6/8v8 with neutrals if needed. Make a 5x5-10x10 box with cones in the middle of the field. Ball is not allowed to go in the hot box. Players can move through the box but not the ball.
Progression: Player can only dribble through the box. One touch pass through the box.
CPs: Switching fields: Visual cues (defenders on one side), execution of the switch. Spacing (width, depth and height). Communication. Play the ball fast (two touch if possible).

Work on horizontal spatial awareness
6v6 or 8v8 depending on numbers. Add neutrals if numbers allow. Cone is placed in middle of grid to divide the grid. Goal only counts if attacking team has players in both sides. If all attacking players are in one side then the goal doesn't count.
Progression: Same as above except if the defending team doesn't have players in one side then the goal is worth double.
CPs: Space. Proper width, depth and height. Work to switch the fields to get the defensive team unbalanced. Communication, Work Rate.
