Instructions:
Introduce players to Messi/Ronaldo touches (Megan Rapinoe/Alex Morgan for the girls)
Players are encouraged to dribble around the area using the correct technique

Technical Unopposed - Inside/Outside (15 mins)
Organization: Two Lines dribbling towards cone, changing lines each time.
Instructions: Players dribble towards the cone at the the same time as the opposite line performing body feint at the cone then dribbling to next line. Players switch sides to perform move on other foot on coaches shout.

- Reconition of space
- Accelerate after Move

Instructions:
Players look to dribble past defender to end zone to score point. Defenders gain a point if they win the ball
Coaching Points:
1. Attack defender at pace
2. Look to unbalance defender
3. Keeping feet low to the ground
4. Fake or scissor towards 1 o'clock and take ball to 11 o'clock with outside of foot.
5. Bigger touch out of move
6. Close the gate
