Explanation:
• Players line up in threes/fours in bibs on opposite corners, each corne a different coloured bib.
• The coach will kick a ball inside the area and calls out two colours and a number one, two, three or four this determines which corners are activiated and how many players enter from each corner activated.
• From there it’s 2v2 (if two is called) with the players trying to win and maintain possession of the ball. At some point coach calls "Long" which activates team in possession to score in the large goals or "Wide/square" which activates team in possession to score in the small goals
• When the action is complete, all players leave the area and player restartd with coach calling colour/number again

Set Up: - Size 20m x 20m - Players 12-16 - Equipment; 2 x normal goals, 8 markers, 6 balls
Explanation: two teams of 6 or 8, 3v3 or 4v4 in the area, three or four bounces at each teams attacking end/sides. Play starts with one team transitioning the ball from their defensive end to their attacking end, they must bounce off a side and end player before being able to score. Once a team scores all the internal players move instantly transition to the bouncer positions and the bouncers transition into the area to play, bouncers from the team that scored moving in quickly retreive a ball from their defensive end to restart play.
Coch Cues; quick tranistion from bounces to open play, pass on move/support, bounces one touch pass if possible

Area: 20 x 20 Players: 4-30 players - groups of 4-6
Explanation: Formed in lines two manequins/poles 10m apart, marker 5m off either end, in front of the manequins/pole on the marker side two cones of different colour, important the colours are in the same position looking from either marker (right/right - left/left). 2-3 players lined up at each marker. Coach call "go" player at front of marker sprints to the manaquin toe taps until coach calls one of the colours, this determines which direction the player sprints off toward the opposite marker and end of line.
Run through different variations focusing on intensity and speed - e.g sprint to first manequin, toe taps, then to next manaquin, toe taps then to end of line; sprint to manaquin, back to manaquin toe tap then sprint off
Coaching Cues high intesnity, sharp movement of the maker and off the manequin
