Teamwork Wins
Fun warm up, relies on teamwork. Players have to be aware of, and react top, the movement of others.
Aim of the Game
Move as a team to deny the running player any chance of reaching the unoccupied cone. Protecting team has to react quickly.
How to Play
The runner has to run ariound the circle trying to get the cones that is unocuppied. The runner can change direction at any time.
Coaching Advice
Players on cones should move in unison top prevent runner getting to empty cone.
Watch team-mates movement and react.

Passing, moving and controlling the ball as a team .
Score by stopping the ball ON the end line.
Play and Progressions
1 - Free Play
2 - Control with Sole of Foot (and move away with one movement)
3 - Control and Protect with Sole of Foot (Challenge players to get close to oppposition player and request the ball)
4 - Match up players Man v Man - they can only tackle their direct opposition player.
Coaching Points
Pass hard and true
Zip it into the player and opn the safe side.
Pass to feet at all times.
How can you use the sole of your foot to change direction.
Interrupt game to discuss and elaborate types of passing.
