~~ sidestep in and out of cones bending knees getting nice and low
~~ when coming out of the top of the cones a command of a colour will be given
~~ get round the pols as quick as u can and be in the set position ready for the catch in the set position
~~ jump and reach to recive the ball taking off from right or left foot make sure you are using both feet for practice

~~ same as above but with backwards movement

~~ player 1 feeds into goal keeper with a cross
~~ keeper has to open up and find the spare player on the otherside
~~ keeper throws the ball to the player
~~ continue this with side players moving so the keeper has to be aware of his suroundings while practicing

~~ add an attacker to apply pressure onto the goalkeeper

~~ posession in the blue box once attacking team recives 5 passes can they find a wide player
~~ attacking team needs to make diffrent runs into the box to recive the header/volly
~~ can goalkeeper come out and collect the crosses or make a save
~~ rotate so defenders can have a shot of attacking the goal and attackers defend
Progressions / Adaptations
~~ add a defender into the 18yrd box
~~ add touch limit in the area
~~ if goalkeeper catches the ball teams swap round team with most goals win
