Field Set-up: Final third, width of appropriate game format (7v7, 9v9, 11v11), 3-4 large cones or mannequins
Players: CM, LW, RW
Players get technical repetitions of circulating the ball from one side to the other through the CM (pivot)
Coaching points: Proper spacing and passing angles, communication, body shape, back foot receive, positive first touch, drive at defenders front foot, weak side pinches in, sharp def. side turns, head up, play to back foot

6v6v6
- Team in the middle must send 3 players to win the ball back.
- Red scores by completing 7 passes and playing a ball over/through to the next team.
- Team in the middle must switch fields and press again with sending 3 more players over to win the ball back.
- Team in the middle rotates out after they win the ball and score in the net on the side they're in.
- If the team in the middle wins the ball in the middle on an attempted through ball, they play it back into their 3 to score on net.
Press, speed of play, take the space and advantage of odd number defenders. Think ahead to the through ball and spacing of your teammates.
Players in the middle focus on intensity and pressure to cause mistakes.
