- Student must support one foot on top of the box,while trying to throw disc towards the target.

- Students will try to reach a target with the less amounts of throws, each studnet have a chance, if the studnet can reach succesfully the target, next class mate can tried again.

Organization:
- Studnets divide in pairs as shown.
Instructions:
Students will Be broken into four. They will broken
up by having the students stand in a line and go down the line by
giving them the choice to be an apple, strawberry, mango or orange.
Students will display the ability to catch and toss the disc.. One student will start at
the end of the line, by the cones. The student starting the throw will start behind the starting cone 25 feet from
their teammate. The student will then run up to a cone that will
then toss the disc using the proper
technique learned in the demonstration. That student will then catch the disc using the proper technique.
That student will then take the disc run back to the starting line. The student who just tossed the bean bag will
replace the student who just caught the disc. Once the student who catches the disc returns to the finish line then
the next student can go.
