Zone 2
Zone 2 Attacking
The cam will ease intozone three as build up players happening through the fullbacks and the CDM‘s .The Cam is looking to progress forward receiving from behind and playingforward or dribbling into space within zone three.
Zone 2 Defending
Same as Zone 1, but justhigher up the field, holding halfway line with the striker.
As the holding mids andthe wing backs are tucking in to a flat for midfield Cam will pair up with thestriker to go in a 442 formation. The objective is to press high and hard zonethree to prevent forward penetration. The cam and the striker will operate on apivot basis. Whoever’s closest to the ball will provide pressure while theother covers the space.

Zone 3
Zone 3 Attacking
Cam is looking tointerchange with the striker . Having the striker come in as a false nine orpushing high opposite of the striker so they attack in a front 2 to 4. The Cam is looking to progress forward receiving from behind and playingforward or dribbling into space within zone 4.
Zone 3 Defending
Same as Zone 2, but defending of the Cam depends on the oppositions holding midfielder. If theopposition is playing a 433 point back it’s easy for the Cam to mark man toman. If the opposition is playing with two holdings, then we have to defendwith an 8 and a 10 pressing high. The objective is to keepthese players there in zone two .

Zone 4
Zone 4 Attacking
Cam is looking to brakelines make penetrating passes shooting on target the objective of this playerin this zone is to get the ball forward towards the opposition goalkeeperlooking to head shots from distance, looking to interchange between the strikerholding midfielders to create interchange in the middle as well as the top
Zone 4 Defending
Cam and Striker arepaired in the top two creating a 442 position. We are keeping the press high tothe 18 yard box and working on a pivot system.
