Organization:
Fields are 20 yards wide by 30 long
Attackers are shown in far corners, two defenders in middle one ball per group
Instructions:
Attackers pass ball back and forth 5 times, each time holding ball for 3-5 seconds
Defenders work in pairs, first defender pressures ball, second defender covers area. After time limit attackers pass ball to partner and defenders switch rolls.
After five passes attacker play ball to the other side.
Coaching Points:
-First attacker bends run
-First attacker says "Ball", letting team know he will be the one on the ball
-Second attacker says "Left" or "RIght" to direct first attacker which way to force
-Second attacker makes run based on how first attacker is standing

Instructions:
-Defenders try to not allow pass across space, every time they block they get a point
-Defenders cannot steal ball off line of passing defenders, can only take ball in the open space
-Play for 1-2 minutes depending on players stamina.

Dynamic Warmup (10 mins)
Organization:
Station 1 Dynamic Warm up: two lines, four cones in each line, each cone is 5 yards apart
Station 2 Agility Work: two lines, six cones in each line, each cone is 3 feet apart
Instructions:
Station 1: Players will be in two lines, they will do each exersices twice, and each person goes when player in front reaches the first cone.
-Exercises to be done: Jog, High Knees, Butt Kicks, Two step shuffle, Two step shuffle backwards, Open Gate, Close Gate, Hip Stretch, Sprint
Station 2: Players will be in two lines, they will do each exersices twice, and each person goes when player in front reaches the third cone.
Exersices: Shuffles, Sideways Legs up and over (one was facing right, one way facing left), One footed turning hops
