Instructions: Players start inbetween cones (gates) farthest away from goal. Players must dribble to first set of cones (yellow) do a turn move to dribble back to start point, then turn move again, and dribble to second box, where they must shoot the ball before it goes inside the 18. After first person goes, they must get ball on a sprint from goal or area, and sprint back, moving to the grid to their right, so they work both feet.

Organization: 2 starting cones on goal line. Zig-zag pattern starting 5 yards diagonally from first cone. 3 yards of space inbetween cones. Another cone is placed at about 20-25 yards straight ahead with a player (no ball) standing there, and a cone about 10 yards diagonal from him. Big cone placed in center of field about 5 yards behind last cone.
Instructions: 1 player starts without a ball on top of the grid, everyone else with a ball starts on the goal line. Players must dribble through grid, when they reach last cone in pattern, they pass the ball forward to person standing on cone, then check out to cone near sideline. Ball is dropped back to player 1, then player 2 must make a run all the way around the center cone, where player 1 will play a through ball to them Player 2 has one touch to settle the ball, and one touch to shoot on frame.
Coaching Points: Head up. Correct dribbling technique. Pass into space, correct passing technique. Timing of runs. Correct shooting technique.
Progressions: Switch sides after shooting to work both legs. Have them do different dribbling techniques. Move grid closer/farther away from goal if need be. Add points to make it a game.

Right after his shot, he/she turns around to play a give-and-go with player 3, who takes a touch then shoots, and so on and so forth. Switch starting point to work the other foot.
