Set Up
See Diagram. Use the 18 yard box so players have a refrence point. Have target goals to score in.
Organization
Player A passes to player B (B is meant to be like the #1 GK having the ball by their feet) The #2 and the #3 (Players C) create width for the pass out of the back. The receive with their back foot and it is the first player to score wins. The losing defender (#2 or #3) does a fun punishment.
Progression: After C receives the ball he/she must do a wall pass with players #6 or #8 before scoring on goal.
Progression2: A plays to B, B to A who has checked in towards the ball. A opens hips and passes to C. C will then score in the little goal.

See diagram. 3v2 (+2)
Organization
Ball Starts with the 1. The aim is for him to find a pass into the square for one of the 3 white team players. They score by getting the ball to the yellow target (#6). Black score by stealing and going to goal.
Alteration: If too challenging you can reduce this to a 3v1.

Set Up
See diagram. Seperate into 2 boxes outside of the 18.
Organization
As above but now we add in 2 center midfielders for black and white. The aim for white now is to get the ball into the center midfield and then into the #9 (target). The #2, #3 and #5 can enter the second grid to support the CM's.

Set up
Field with regular goals as shown.
Organization
Teams will play 6v6 including Goalkeepers. Regular scrimmage game with emphasis on the topic. Allow game to be free play but enforce coaching points of the day.
Coaching Points
All of points portrayed throughout the session should be enforced in a game situation.

Organization
As players arrive for practice get them moving into small sided games early. Build up to two 4V4 games alongside each each other. Players are encouraged to have free play with no one touch soccer. Try to keep teams even for competitive games and rotate opponents every 3-4 minutes.
