Organization:
1. 10x10 field set up as shown
2. Five players per field
3. One ball per field
Instructions:
1. Player 1 dribbles the ball with their right foot to the yellow cone then passes the ball with their right foot to Player 2.
2. Player 2 receives the ball on their back foot (right) and dribbles to the yellow cone then passes to Player 3.
3. Rotation will continue until allotted time has expired.
Coaching Points:
Passing - Push (Inside)
1. Angle of approach – center
2. Supporting foot is next to the ball pointed at target
3. Head up observe your target
4. Contact ball - middle
5. Contact foot - inside
6. Ankle locked with toe pointed up
7. Follow through towards target with striking foot remaining open throughout
8. Body weight over the ball
9. Weight and accuracy of pass
Receiving - On Ground (Inside)
1. Receive with furthest foot from the ball
2. Slight hop onto standing foot on contact to prepare for next action
3. Receive with the toe pointed up and ankle locked
Progressions:
1. P - Player receive with the instep of the left Foot (3 minutes)
2. P - Players receive with the outside of their right foot (3 minutes)
3. P - Players receive with the outside of their left foot (3 minutes)
4. P - Add another ball

2. 5x5 boxes set up on the each corner of the field
3. One ball
4. Separate players into two teams
Instructions:
1. Two teams play on the field, trying to score points while maintaining possesson, passing and moving.
2. Teams score points by passing the ball into a box on the corner of the field containing their teammate.
3. If their teammate can receive the ball and dribble out without the opposing team gaining possession, a point is rewarded.
4. The teammate that passed the ball into the corner, must now take the place of the teammate that dribbled out of it.
5. Teams will play until the allotted amount of time has expired.
