Screen 1 (10 mins)

Type: Dynamic Warm up 

Duration: 10 minutes max

Instructions: 


1. Jog there and back 

2. Jogging arm rolls forward, Jogging arm rolls backward

3. Side shuffle there and back 

4. Karaoke there and back

5. Backwards jog there and back

6. Walking sweeps, jog back

7. Knee pull to chests, jog back 

8. Quad pulls, jog back

9. Open gate, Close the gate back

10. Forward leg kicks, Backward kicks back

11. Side rockers there, Front rockers back

12. Two jumping knees to chest, sprint, jog for water.

Screen 2 (20 mins)

Type: Ball Mastery

Duration: 15-20 Minutes 

Objectives: Volleying/Ball Control 

Equitment: 24 cones, (5 gates for each group). Gates are about 5 ft. 

Instructions: Players are split into 2 teams. Two Players with one ball go to gate 1. Player A has the ball in hands, and tosses the ball to Player B. Player B Volleys the ball back to Player A. If Player A catches it, they move onto the second gate, if Player A drops it they both go to the back of the line. Player A will be the "tosser" until their next turn. Player B will have to alternate feet every gate. If they are able to make it through all 5 gates, then they get a point. First team to get 10 points wins. 

Progressions: Thigh Volley, Chest then Volley, Head-Head catch, 3 touches on any part of body then catch.

Type: Ball Striking

Objective: Pass ball to coach, receive ball, take positive touch towards net and shoot

Emphasis: Proper touch, looking at target, using laces/inside, follow through

Progression: Coach throws ball up for volley. 

Duration: 20-25 Minutes
