Players stand between station A. Players must make 10 complete passes, each player touching the ball 10 times. Players then leave the ball and sprint around station B and back to A and then repeat the sequence for a time of 4mins.

Waiting player on the outside will sprint from station 1 to station 2 and then walk from station 2 to 3 and back to 2 then sprint from 2 to 1. Repeat the sequence for a time of 4mins

Players A will do diferent foot agility through cones who then will receive pass from player B either on the ground or air, once player B receives the ball back, will place on the ground. Player A sprints to pole C and comes back to take player B place and the sequence repeats.
