Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Small Sided Games
Description
A variety of SSG's for predominately U7 - U9 groups.
Most are 3v3, 4v4 or 5v5 as this promotes lots of touches for all players involved, there are no GK's used in these sessions.

SSG - 4 Goal Game
2 goals at either end, 4v4 etc.

SSG - Overloads (using 1 or 2 goals either end)
Game starts 2v1, play until ball goes off pitch or a goal is scored
Game progresses into 3v2, 4v3,5v4, 6v5 etc
Swap teams for both to use overload

Goals are at the edges of the bye line, encouraging players to get the ball into eide areas to score.
