Transferring / Pressing 20 mins
Ball Starts out on a sideline on the 16 mark.
Teams Defenders have 5 (2FB 2HB 1IF)
Forwards have 5 (3F 2IF)
1 Joker plays on the team with the ball. is past the shaded area (encouraging a longer ball from defence) the joker can go into the shaded area but only to receive the ball.
The Defending team have to get the ball into the shaded area.
If the attacking team turn the ball they attack the goal.
If the defending team leave the ball in the shaded area the attackers pick it up immediately and attack.
Points.
try to move the ball up the pitch as quickly as possible.
Use overlapping runs (movment between lines) Possibly with drop passes/roll him in.
Pressing.
focus on removing the ball through the middle while also adding pressure to the half back.
Development
Remove a Forward to simulate yellow card (10 men)
will need to move the outcom further away for the defence. (bend dont break strategy)

Game 2 20 mins
Change the point of attack.
Injector has a ball.
Game starts, player looks for a forward pass. if this isnt on they will pass to a half back to feed the 4 on 4.
The half back joins the game to make a 4 on 4
the half back must make a pass into the attack and then join. They can't carry.
Points. forwards outnumbered, importanc on good seperation leads and ball arriving on time.
then the attacking phase.
does support arrive, can individual create?
defenders, can you pick off the pass, if not disrupt?

Burn the balls game. 20 mins
4 on 4 in appropriate space
at least 1 sub on each team.
the sub injects a ball at every breakdown
Injector is of the team that would be in possession unless a goal is scored in which case scorers keep possession.
