Instructions:
Both groups passing in triangles.
1 plays 2 and follows pass and opens up on the half turn to receive a ball from the next in line,
The person in the middle 2 starts the session by demanding the ball from 1.
1 passes to 2 and becomes 2.
2 passes to 3 and becomes 3.
3 dribbles the ball back at pace.

Organization:
1.50 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2.12 players (5 Attackers, 5 Defenders, 2 Targets)
3.1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1.Teams score by getting the ball to their target player in the end zone
2.The target player must control the ball in the end zone to score the point
3.Once point is scored the target player must play out to the other team
4.Target players are not allowed outside the end zone
5.Defenders are not allowed inside the end zone
6.If the ball goes out, play is started with a kick in

3.4 balls (1 per group)
Instructions:
1.Each group has to pass and move in the area
2.When coach calls out “1” players have to move 5 yards apart and play 10 two touch passes
3.When coach calls out “2” players have to move 5 yards apart and play 10 two touch passes without putting the controlling foot on the floor
4.When coach calls out “3” players have to move 5 yards apart and play 10 one touch passes
5.Every time is a race between all the groups to see who can start passing and moving again the quickest
6.Any group where the quality is not good enough have to start again
Coaching Points:
1.Position of none kicking foot and pivot
2.Contact on the ball
3.Get low to create a platform to accelerate from
4.Take the ball away with nearest part of the foot to get away quickly
