Middle: Round ‘Em Up’
Set Up:
· 30mX 20m grid.
· 1Ball per player
Explanation:
Players dribble ball inside grid zone. On Coaches call “Round Em Up” ‘Name’, the selected player dribbles their ball to the edge of the grid and leaves it there. They then return to the grid to Round then up by disposing other players by kicking /tapping (within reason) the ball away from them out of the grid. If the ball is kicked out of the grid the player re-joins the session. This is repeated for another player to ‘Round em up’.
Progression: How many balls can you ‘Round up’ in e.g. 30 secs? Coach calls out 2 players to “Round em up” inset time limit.
