Description

Two Teams of 4 (4v4 Small field games) { Defence, attack, Tactical}

Dimensions:10-15 yard grid

Time: 3 Mins/coaches discretion

Objective: Play the ball from the middle playing area to the player on the outside and maintain possession. Improve transition game, communication, quick-passing & elimination skills & off the ball movement.

DRILL:  

3v3 in the playping grid

1. Play the ball though the middle playing area to the teammate on the outside.

2. One team (blue) start with the ball and try to pass to their their team mate outside (b) & continue to work and keep possession. Pink team will then try and disposes the blue and pass to their teammate (A) outside the grid and keep possession

3. Once the player successfully receives the ball (A/B), they may enter the grid and one of the other players exits. keeping it a 3v3 inside the grid.

4. Emphasize quick decision making and off the ball movements

5. Spread balls around the side to keep play moving.

#keep score to make it competitive.
