Each player dribbles around their own grid at game pace. Coach will call out different demands: Toe taps, Boxes; forward and backwards, inside & outsides Etc

How many touches can you get in 2 minutes
Coaching Points:
Small, soft touches, keeping ball close to your body.
Quick changes of direction and speed.

7. Players place ball in middle and have to run to each corner and back
