Coach calls a color (Yellow/Red/Blue) and player has to shift to cone before accellerating on to the field to engage in a 1v1. Players play a 30/45/60 second game. If ball goes off or one player scores the coach serves another ball in to ensure continuous game tempo.
Progressions
-Vary movement patterns at the start (Hop/Jump/Start facing back to the field and spin).
-Have players move to cone and then sprint around opposite end goal before engaging in 1v1.
-When one game finishes, both players can then join to make a 2v2/2v1/1v2
