Positional Play 8 v 5/6 + 3v2 to Big Goal= 18-20 Players
Numbered team is limited to 2 touches until one player dribbles across the edge of yellow box. 7 & 11 act as positional players until a player dribbles across yellow line then it's a 3v2 live game.
Scoring:
#'d team: 1 pt - 10 passes = 1 pt and/or ball in behind
Defending Team: 5 passes = 1 pt and/or stop ball on the line.
Conditions: limit to 1 or 2 touches for perimeter players.
Progression:
- 11 or 7 can come inside grid and go on the half turn foward. If so, AM on that side needs to overlap and go forward as the #11/7 drive inside into space.
- Can add 9 to mix, and now 4 or 5 need to initiate play with a forward dribble to activate movement off the ball.
Coaching Points:
11 & 7 need to bend their run outward to stretch opposition. while 10 or 6 drive inside.
Attack space and commit players.
Decision making of when to make runs and when show for support.

3) "" volley and pass back on ground
4) "" Thigh and pass back on ground
5) "" hard service and player has to control and pass back on ground
Shooting Progression:
1) Juggling instep (no spin)
2) Partner up juggling game
3) Volley into hands - back up 5 yards every-time both complete task

Shooting w/ Pressure Progression:
1) Set-up: Have cones roughly 10 yards apart as shown in diagram. Line closest to goal starts with the ball. Once player is done shooting they become chaser on opposite end.
A passes to B and receives ball back. A receives hips open and takes touch toward goal to get a shot off. Player B is pressuring from behind to prevent a shot from happening. Player B goes to Player A' line. Player A goes to back of line of opposite side.
2) Set-up: Same as 1 but now Player A passes ball to player B and defends a 1v1. Emphasis can be on either. Since we have talked about how to defend and attack individually you can make coaching points as you see fit.

14 Players: 6v6 + 2 Wide Neutral Players
Grid: 35 x 25 Yards
Diamond Midfield Cues:
Defenders move the ball around the back. At some point, when the #2/3 receives the ball, the #4 will come and support the player, they can take one touch inside grid to 'cue' the runs but then has pass.
As that happens:
Strong side #7/11 comes inside (Sweet Spot) to create overload in Center midfield.
Strong Side #2/3 overlaps to give us that width and depth in behind
Weak Side #2/3 Tucks in to give balance
Strong Side #6/8 comes underneath to give angle of support
Weakside #6/8 goes a little higher
#10 drifts weakside to open up space for strong side #7/11
Scoring:
1 pt once you play into opposition #2/3. Opposite team does same thing, when they get it.
Options: add 1 point if they switch to weakside #11 at some point before playing to Opposite #2/3. (#11 can't score directly, why? forces immediate support underneath.
Optional: Add a #9 OR Opposition #4 acts as #9 who only has 1 touch.
Can add 1 touch finish now to small goals.
If too easy: pass has to be played 1 touch.
