Red Light Green Light: (10 min)
- Coach calls out green light for go and red light for stop. Yellow light is slow motion.
- As the game goes add new light colours that correspond to different skills(Blue light= dribble back and forth on the spot for 15 seconds, Orange light= dribble backwards, pink light= clockwise spin, purple light= counter clockwise spin, rainbow light= drop your stick and dance for 10 seconds)
- Don't be afraid to make players do 5 jumping jacks, situps, pushups, tuck jumps between lights
- If players don't stop on red light make them go back to the starting line.

Duck, Duck, Goose: (10 min)
- All the ducks stay by their cone while the Goose goes around the circle naming each a player a duck. At some point the goose gets to a duck and names them a goose at which point the goose(player B) and the duck(player A) run around the circle in opposite directions until one of them gets back to them empty spot in the circle. While they run around the circle the goose runs without a ball while the duck must carry their ball while they run.
- If the goose(player B) gets back to the empty spot first they become they become a duck and get the ball, while the old duck(player A) becomes the new goose with no ball. If the duck gets back to the empty spot first the, the goose must restart the process with a different duck.
- If the duck and goose get back to the empty spot at the same time, the duck wins

Target Sweep Passing:(10 min)
- Ball starts with player A, who sweep passes the ball to player B who sweep passes the ball to player C. Player C then tries to sweep the ball into one of the two nets.
- As a coach you can set a goal to score a certain number of balls in the nets, for some type of reward or as avoiding a fitness related punishment(ie. running)
- As a coach you may also call out left net or right net for the player to shoot at.

3V1's :(15 min)
- Player D starts with the ball at the cone and makes a pass to one of the attackers(player A,B,C). After making the pass, player D runs in to defend against players A, B, and C.
- the play is live until the attacking team scores or the defender knocks the ball out.
- As a coach, ensure that all players get time in the different roles
- Progressions for this drill may mean enforcing a number of passes that need to be made before attackers can shoot or making a rule that every attacker must touch the ball before scoring.
- the focus for this drill is encouraging team work between the attacking players.

Numbers Game: (20 min)
- Small sided game, players are divided into two teams. Players on each team are numbered 1 through 10. Players stays outside the field of play until the coach calls their number in which case they run on to the field and try to score against the player on the other team who has the same number.
- Can be played as a 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4...etc.
- Tends to run smoother with less players on the field
- Switch the players on the field after a goal or use your discretion.

Dymanic Warm Up
Dynamic Warm Up: (10 mins)
- Before getting into any drills get the players to jog for a couple minutes and introduce them to dynamic warmups that include things like opening/closing the gate, high knees, butt-kicks, high kicks, ankle sweeps, lunges, side shuffles, karaoke, etc.
- Warming up like this reduces the chances of injury and is a skill they will use later in their sports/lives
