Pattern Play to Goal 1
(3 minutes each direction - Switch directions after)
A dribbles around cones and works on changes of directions
A passes to C who lays off to B,
B plays D who gives 1-2 with C
D plays E who opens up then takes first touch past mannequin &
plays diagonal ball to F who checked off then makes run,
F controls then does 1v1 move with mannequin and scores far post

3v3+1 Possession Game
Set-up: 18x14 grid; with two mini goals 6-8 yards past grid.
4 Blocks of 3 minutes
Block 1: 1 point for team who successfully goes through all 3 progressions.
(6 passes - unlimited, 6 passes - 2 touches, 6 passes - 1 touch)
Block 2: Same as block 1.
Block 3: Add 2 points to progression if the team can successfully score in small counter goals within 6 seconds of completing the 3 - 6 passes progressions)
Block 4: Same as 3.
Coaching Points: Angle, Body Shape, Checking surroundings/teammates/space, Disguise intentions. (ABCD)

Position Specific Training
(Diagram Shows A & B)
A) #2 receives ball and works on bending the ball between mannequins and goal (Optional)
B) 0 plays 4 who drives or chips ball to #2. #2 then works on creating 2v1 with #7. Has to be a dribble penetration beyond box. Must cross immediately after crossing line, to #10 running on to finish.
Then there are two activities going on at same time on each side.
Two Finishes for 8 & 10
C1) 0 > 4 who plays 10 who checks back to receive ball from 4, turns and beats mannequin + finish.
D1) #8 receives from 0 to create angle for shot.
#2 or 7 defends 1v1
(whoever did not cross the ball defends the red defender - who receives ball from teammate on side)

- 1 touch passing with couple back pedals in between then meet the ball when it's coming to you
- 2 touch passing (same as above)
1-2 minutes dynamic movements
- 2 touch passing (drive ball with laces / sweet spot)
- 2 touch passing (bend ball w/ inside)
1-2 minutes dyanmic movements
- 2 touch passing (bend ball with outside)
- 2 touch passing (chipped ball into feet)
1-2 minute dynamic movements
II. Triangle Partner Passing - 15 yards apart (1 minute each - 6-7 minutes total)
- Drive with laces, control into other side of triangle and play. (switch sides / feet)
- Bend ball (ground or air) - (switch sides/feet)
- Chipped ball - Switch sides feet
III. Triangle Partner Passing - 30 yards apart (1 minute each - 6-7 minutes total)
- Drive with laces, control into other side of triangle and play. (switch sides / feet)
- Bend ball (ground or air) - (switch sides/feet)
- Chipped ball - (Switch sides/feet)
Coaching Points: Balance, balls of your feet when receiving it to set-up pass, laces (hit sweet spot - big toe down, pinky toe up),
