Simple Passing Progression (Long - Short - Long - Short - Long)
Players pass the ball to team mates around the square. (Anti-Clockwise)
Player starts with a long pass to a team mate who lays a short ball back to the first player to pass long to the 3rd player in the team, who plays a short pass to player to and so on.
Players to stand next to the cone (defender) and be encouraged to drop off the cone (defender) to receive the ball on the back foot, opening their body, to pass to the next player.
Following the pass, the player should jog to the next cone (defender)
Progression
After 3-5 minutes, passing to switch to the opposite direction (clockwise), with encouragement to use their left foot.
