Instructions:
- Players attempt to play from one target to the other without losing possession for a point.
- Should ball exit play, play is started from target to appropriate team.
Coaching Points:
- 1st defender - presses, doesn't hesitate, tries to win possession.
- 2nd defender - provides slight cover, close enough to marker to win possession should he receive, recognition when to double.
- 3rd defender - recognizes pressure on ball - understands when to squeeze and when to drop.
Progressions/Regressions:
- P: Add nuetral to understand when numbers down and delay is best option.
- R: Add nuetral defender.
