Juggling (10 mins)

Organization:

1. One ball per player.

Instructions:

1. Follow coaches commands.

2. Drop kick catch variations.

Coaching Points:

1. Keep your eyes on the ball the whole time.

Progression:

1. Start with ball on the ground.

Fire Fighter (10 mins)

Game Title: Fire Fighter

Organization: Place random cones around the field. 20x20. Each player has a ba

Instructions: The standing cones are the fire and the soccer ball is the water. Players must knock over the cone with the ball to put out the fighter.

Coaching Points: Judging distance to put the right amount of pace on a pass is the main goal of the activity. Vision and awareness of the playing area. The activity allows all ability levels to play equally and allows each player to be successful.

Progressions: increase distance players are allowed to pass from.

Boulder Run (10 mins)

Organization:Coaches on one side with the ball and players in 1-3 lines ready to run past the safe zone which are the line of cones

Instructions:Coaches on one side with the ball are rolling the ball toward the players. they must try to avoid the ball.

Coaching Points: side step the balls. when involve with the ball show them how to cut

Progressions: add a ball so the player can dribble.

Fox Tail (10 mins)

Organization:

- players in blue are parents or coaches

- red are the players

- each parent has tails attached to them (penny's)

Instructions:

- players with the penny attached to them are the rabbits and they must run away from the fox.

- foxes must pull penny from the rabbit to win.

Progressions:

- should be done with no ball at first then incorporate a ball
