5v5, 20x30 pitch, 2 goals
5v5 game has to be kept realistic so goals are scored the normal way by passing and taking shots but if a team can pass the ball into one of their serving areas where the server will pick the ball up and serve it by hand for a team mate to take a headed shot and score they will receive 3 goals. Play few minutes when only goals by headers will count.
coaching points have been given throughout the session so coach from when and where is needed.
