Organization:
-Pairs of 2
-Soccer ball each
-10 Yards apart
Instructions:
-5 passes back and forth
-After fifth pass defender runs to partner and drops into defensive stance
-Defender will return to their spot and they will go again.
Coaching Points:
-Fast approach, then slowed, then low
-Proper bend in run
-Angled body shape
-Proper distance from attacker to not get beat
-Proper jockey technique

Instructions:
-5 Passes back and forth
-After 5th pass Defender jockeys back with attacker forcing him left and right keeping proper distance and angle
Progress to live game
-If attacker can crosse line they get a point
-If defender can force attacker out of points they get 1 point
-if defender can steal it and go the other way across the line, 2 points
