Organization: Change for 3-5-2 formation
Use half a full pitch.
Building out of the back, blue trying to progress across midline. Purple put loads of press on the build up.
Progress to add 2 center backs in defense.
Instructions
1. Blue GK starts each time by playing ball to one of the 3 defenders or No.6 (deep lying screen) player or No.8 (advanced screen).
Progression:
2. GK looks to go in behind defenders to find outside mids or 10 higher up the field if under a high press.
3. Vary starting points, GK, goal kick, throw in, attacking team starts with the ball to win in defensive half to build.

Method
Thirds game 25x20 three grids
Game starts off one of the goalkeepers at each end , 3 v 2 in the build up , to start defenders must play through the middle third to progress into the scoring zone .
Once the ball is in the attacking zone 2v 3 , one midfielder can provide a third man run also to create a 3v2 to finish.
Neutral can always connect in each 3rd, #6 player.
Play always resumes with the GK.

Description: 6v2 possession in grid outside players stay on the outside, 10 passes gets the offensive teams a point, if the defense wins the ball then they can dribble out of grid for a point, rotate the defenders and keep score. Progression; when players pass the ball to the outside, then they must replace the player on the outside and outside player comes into the inside.
Progressions: add a defender in the middle, put touch limit of 2 on outside players
