Players are in groups of 3 with one in the middle. Player in the middle receives a pass from an outside team mate, turns and then passes to the other outside team mate. After a player on the outside makes a pass they move to a different outside position that is not on the same line as a team mate. To start with no verbal communication when moving to an outside position (force the player to have to look before receiving a pass).
Middle player works for 1 minute than switches.
Progression: Middle player passes to outside player and then goes outside. Outside player should take first touch inside in direction to make a pass to other outside player.

Two end zones are 1 ball for 4 players while the middle zone is 1 ball per player. Players in the middle are dribbling in their zone, changing direction and pace along with practicing their moves.
In the end zones players are looking to pass the ball until a player sees space to run with the ball to the other side. Once on the other side he joins with the other team. Object is to look to make smart runs with the ball to get whole team to the other side.
