Station 3 - Press Ups
Station 4 - 10,20,30 Metre Shuttle
30 seconds to complete shuttle - 30 seconds to transfer to next station (Recovery Period)
8 sets - 4 minutes work

Players divided into 3 zones. Defensive zone is 2v1 middle 2v2+1. Players play the ball between the areas,.
Once player has passed the ball back into the zone, they are permitted to join that zone and create a bigger over load. Once the ball has left, player must return to starting zone.

MIRROR DRILL
Drill replicates movements on the pitch (short sharp turns & bursts of speed)
SET UP
2 Centre cones 2 metres apart 2 outside cones 10 metres away from centre cones.
DRILL
Match movement (one player leads then reverse rolls) for 10/15 seconds on whistle lead decides what cone to go to. Opposite/defender tries to beat lead to cone.
PROGRESSION
Add in points system defending player has to tag lead player. Every tag equals point every succesful sprint to cone equals point.
