Setup
20x25 field with 24x6 wide zones, 4 counter goals
2v2 + 2T & 2N
2v2 = #6 & #8
Organization
- Red vs Blue - two games simultaneously
- Game condition red/blue must complete one pass together then play N and look to connect with other N before goal is scored - repeat if possession is lost
- Red/Blue can use any Target /Neutral yellow to maintain possession
- N and T can combine with one another but no more than 2 passes within each sequence
Progressions
N players have to combine with T player to finish
Blue and Red can break out once N gets ball on successful switch through #6/#8
T player transitions to Defense once successful within condition
2 goals = successful within condition and goal is scored on opposite side of field
Add T's into 2v2 area for 4v2 and/or create 3v3 (remove Ts)

- 1st touch direction to retain possession
- Decision to reset possession through T or N
- Body shape and supporting angles with #6 and #8

Setup/Organization
- Red vs Blue stay in specific areas displayed (image): central area 3v3 - wide & high areas 1v1 + GKs
- Game condition red/blue 3v3 must combine one pass together - one central player can support any wide/high area when in possession but must reset into area upon loss of possession
Progressions
- Defense team can move/defend/press through any area (creating discipline in team shape - within possession) - one player (6/8/10) can leave middle area
- Free Movement but must maintain at least x2 players within central zone at all times or ball is transitioned to other team

Pattern: 6-8-6-7/11-8 to finish
Progression: add #3/#2 who plays into #6/#8 to then switch to 7/11
Rotation: 6-7/11-8-start with ball
Team who scores 5 goals first triggers the switch of sides e.g. score: 5 vs 2 switch sides and first to 10 goals wins that game then add in progressions.
