How the activity works:
-Red passes the ball to blue. Blue players are now on offense and try to score in red's goal. If red wins the ball, they can try to score in blue's goal. If there is a goal or the ball goes out of bounds, the players switch lines.
Coaching points:
-Encourage use of skill moves
-Attack with speed
-Good first touch when recieveing the ball
-Firm pass across to opponent
-Defender in an athletic- side on- position
-Defenders curve their run to force the ball outside

Y-Passing:
Players in line first pass the ball to middle cone player. Middle cone player should check off the cone and position his body to receive with back-foot and play opposite of the way he checked. Player at the end of the Y checks away from cone and recieves with his back foot around the cone and back to the line .
Coaching Points:
Get away from defender (cone)
Receive with back-foot
Play to players back-foot

Activity Description:
-Two players start on one side of the lane, and one player starts on the opposite side. All players have soccer balls. Player 1 dribbles down to player 2. As soon as they get there, player 2 now dribbles to player 3 and repeat.
Defender in front moves:
-Lunge
-Scissors
-Swerve
-Shuffle
Coaching Points:
-Step dribbling
-Quick movements
-Emphasis on the fake out
-Exaggerate the moves (make them bigger)
