球員人數8人分兩組+2龍門

紅衫球員B接應紅衫球員A傳球后,左腳踩波大位射門,藍衫球員1接應藍衫球員A傳球后,右腳踩波大位射門

紅衫球員A傳球給紅衫球員B拿球後搓波細位后篤波射門.藍衫球員1傳球給藍衫球員2拿球後搓波細位后篤波射門

要求重點:

(踩波大位射門)藍衫球員2需假跑,留意 拿球時身體方向重心放低,踩波的位子,快速射門

(篤波細位射門)紅衫球員B,需假跑,身體方向 拿球時重心放低 左腳拖波細位,快速左腳篤波射門

留意篤波時 側踏步,張開身體,腳尖 碰波的位子,腳于波的距離 波不可離腳太近

藍衫球員1傳球藍衫球員2,拿球後藍衫球員1需要回傳給1號球員,1號球員快速上前射門

要求重點:

藍衫球員2接應時需假跑,身體方向 拿球時重心放低,踩波回傳給1號球員,1號球員快速上前留意1號球員的踩波路線及球速,射門時需要重心放低,踏步位置,進行射門

藍衫球員1接應龍門傳波后 紅衫球員防守,藍衫球員2接應1號球員波后 快速射龍

要求重點:

藍衫球員,那拿波后,需要留意防守球員的位子,選擇回波或自己快速帶波射門,留意快速

搓波左邊前方,快速右腳篤波射門.留意側踏步,張開身體,腳尖 碰波的位子,腳于波的距離 波不可離腳太近

回波時 后上球員需要注意 回波路線及球速,射門時需要重心放低,踏步位置,進行快速上前射門

重點:根據前面的場景進行快速射門

球員 搓波位子 身體方向 重心 篤波射門.留意側踏步,張開身體,腳尖 碰波的位子,腳于波的距離 波不可離腳太近

回波時球員注意 回波路線及球速,射門時需要重心放低,踏步位置,進行射門

活動:

- 5V5(包括守門員)分隊賽

- 陣式1-2-1

- 另有5名後備球員於場邊做運球練習,約10分鐘換入場比賽

重點:

場區球員

- 於邊路的球員可多嘗試1V1突破之後快速射門

- 接球球員留意身體方向,用腳底接球,要見到持球球員,隊友

&對手

- 接球後因應對方球員行動決定自己突破或傳球

- 離紅對手大約1步至步半便要行動
