In a 15x15yd grid set up 4 gates as shown in the diagram.
Split the players into 2 lines.
Coach will serve the ball in by rolling, throwing, etc.
The players are attacking 2 goals as well as defending 2 goals.

In a 20x20yd grid place 2 mini goals at one side of the grid.
Players will form a line on each side of the grid as shown.
Defender will pass the ball to the attacker then sprint to close the distance and jockey with side stance.
Attacker will attempt to score in either of the goals.
If defender wins the ball they can attempt to dribble through one of the opposing gates.

In a 20x20yd set up a goal with a keeper. Split players into 2 lines.
The first line will dribble in and shoot on goal.
They will then turn and defend 1v1 against the player in the other line.
The 2 players will now switch lines.
Repeat.

Set up:
1. Place cones as shown in the diagram.
2. From the starting cone to the farthest cone should be approx. 15yds.
Instructions:
Option#1
1. Have the first player in line dribble through the square and to the far cone.
2. Stop the ball with the bottom of the foot and pull the ball back and turn 180 degrees.
3. The player now passes the ball with the inside of the foot through the square to the next player in line.
Option#2
1. Have the first player in line dribble through the square to the far cone.
2. Once at the far cone the player will turn around the cone (first left side of the cone then next time right side of cone).
3. The player now passes through the square with the inside of the foot to the next player in line.
**Set up as many grids as needed to keep the line up to a minimum of 3-4 players per grid.**

Set up as many different coloured gates as possible. Spread them out.
Have the players and parent together.
1. First ask the players to run through as many gates as they can carrying the ball in their hands in one minute.
2. Next have the players dribble the ball through the gates.
3. Next have the players and parent find a gate and pass through the gate. They then find a different gate to pass through. They can try to pass through as many gates as they can in two minutes.
