Playing area: 25x35 / 35x45 meters
Players: 12 + 2 goalkeepers
Duration: 14 minutes
Series number: 2 of 5 minutes with 2 minutes of recovery between sets
Organization
In the area prepared for the exercise, create a field of 25x35 meters with cones. Place 2 full size goals in the middle of the two short sides. Create four mini goals in the four corners of the playing area. The players are divided into two teams of 6 players each, one in blue and one in red, who arrange themselves freely in the playing area. The goalkeepers position themselves in their respective goals. The game begins with one of the two goalkeepers with the ball in hand who plays it for a teammate who will attack the goal from the opposite side.
