ORGANISATION:

  • Split players up into pairs.

  • Red dribbles at Blue who applies passive pressure and jockeys back to the line.
  • Once they hit the line, blue then dribbles at Red.

ORGANISATION:

  • Set up a large field with a large goal at both ends.

HOW TO PLAY:

  • Normal 7v7 Game.
  • Unlimited touches.
  • If the team in possession scores a goal within 14 seconds, the goal is worth 2.
  • If the team in possession scores a goal within 4 passes, the goal is worth 2.
