SII Small Sided Activity "4v4+2 Transition Box"
-20x20 box
-Four players on outside, four on inside, two neutrals
-Players on the inside look to win the ball, play the neutrals and get on the outside
-Players outside become defending team

SIII Expanded Small Side Activity "6v6 Transition"
-44x36
-Two teams of 6
-Team of six has possession while defending team has two players waiting in other grid
-Defending team must win possession then switch the grid, transition to become the new attacking team
-Two players from defending stay in current grid, creating a 6v4
-Gain a point for a successful transition and (5) consecutive passes; play to 5
Coaching Points:
-Working together to defend as a group and with a purpose to win the ball and keep the ball regain possession quickly and find the target player's feet -- not just "kick it"
-Speed of play and decision making
-Transition "travel" quickly in support of the ball.

SIV Match
-Normal match with little to no coaching
-Variation: 8 seconds to get a a shot off, 6 passes to get a shot off, failure to get
a shot off in the scenerio as discribed above, results in a free kick for the other team.
-7v7, 1-3-2

"Technical Finishing around the Box"
- Should have five lines with equal numbers in each line
1) Dribbles at cone, makes a move and then shoots
2) First player in line checks to second cone, recieves a pass from the second player, turns and shoots in two touchs
3) Player starts behind the cone, dribbles to end line and delievers a left-footed driven cross to player
starting on cone 3A
4) Player starts behind the cone, dribbles to end line and delievers a right-footed bent cross to players from lines 1,2,3, and 3A
Coaching Points:
-Line 1: "Take a peek to find your target", laces, strike through the ball, follow through
-Line 2: Has to be performed in two touches, developing the ability to finish quickly
-Line 3: Low driven ball on the ground, prep touch, "get your hips around the ball"
-Line 3A: Square your body to the target, no need to "swing", direct the ball into the net
-Line 4: Prep touch, bent ball away from the keeper
-Recycle your runs, stay dangerous, Positive attitude about the success of the shot
