Set Up: 25x30y grid
Description: 6v2 posession in grid outside players stay on the outside, 10 passes gets the offensive teams a point, if the defense wins the ball then they can find coach for a point, rotate the defenders and keep score. Progression; when players pass the ball to the outside, then they must replace the player on the outside and outside player comes into the inside.
Points;
1. Decision to pass to feet or space
2. Communication
3. Movement to create space to recieve ball
4. proper weight on the pass

Set Up:
-Two team
-Two neutrals
-Grid 20 x 25
Description:
Blue start with a ball attack using the outside players to create a 4v2 situation, if the defending team wins the ball they can now attack in a 4v2 situation. When the ball leaves the field for any reason 2 new players come from each end, whatever team loses the ball out of bounds the other team starts with the ball.
Coaching Points:
1. open body with first touch
2. movement off ball
3. communication
4. weight and accurate passes
5. composure on the ball
6. when to take touch and hold the ball and when to pass
Progression: If a group of 2 score they stay on and the opposite side starts the attack.
Or ball ust go to one or both outside players before you can score.

Set Up: 30L x 40W or bigger if ability and space permits.
Description: 3v2. Play starts with the GK 2 outside backs and center mid player (Blue) in the attack with neutral try to build and score in 2 small goals. 2 purple defenders can score on big goal if they win the ball.

Add attacking numbers and defensive numbers when appropriate.

Description: Same as before but now add 2 outside mids to he blue team building out of the back vs 4 defenders. Ball starts with the GK or a pass into GK by the coach. Blue builds to score in small goals if Purple defending team wins the ball they can score on big goal.

Now in groups of 3 in a square now they must pass then quickly move the open side, start with 2 touch and then possibly to 1 touch. make sure they don't always go in a pattern, they can pass back to the person they recieved it from.
