Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
Technical - N Passing
Set up a 20m x 30m box with 4 poles placed across the centre at equal distances, from one side to the other
Players are split equally and stationed at the 4 corners outside the box
Skill - Connect 4
Inside the same 20m x 30m box mark out 4 x 7.5m zones
Players are split into 2 equal teams wearing different coloured bibs
They are positioned through the zones with a 1 | 2 | 1 | 2 formation so that each team is playing a 2 v 1 defensive line
Play starts with a ball played into one teams defence
SSG - Transition thru Midfield
In the same box remove the centre line creating 3 zones, with a 7.5m zone at each end and a 15m zone in the middle
Players stay in their teams and play 1 v 1 at each end and 3 v 3 in midfield
